Homeopathic treatment

Before any kind of treatment or homeopathic medication, there must first be a detailed discussion of a patient's medical history, and a comprehensive documentation of the case forms the basis for further action. The dialogue between the patient and the practitioner is crucial. This discussion must cover all symptoms and complaints, including those that

occurred in the past. Conventional homeopathy has focussed in particular on subjective mental symptoms. Current life circumstances and previous illnesses, as well as family medical history, are also important factors.

Both chronic conditions in particular, such as hay fever, neurodermitis, asthma or psychosomatic symptoms, as well as acute conditions, can be addressed very well using homeopathic approaches.

Homeopathy can be used to treat a broad spectrum of diseases, regardless of the age of the patient and his symptoms, even if the condition has been present for a long time; such chronic conditions include:

  • allergies (neurodermitis, hay fever)
  • respiratory conditions (bronchitis, asthma)
  • joint inflammation
  • headaches, migraines, dizziness etc.
  • back pain
  • gastrointestinal disorders (dyspepsia, irritable bowel, constipation)
  • difficulty sleeping
  • anxiety
  • vegetative cardiovascular problems

Nevertheless, homeopathy can also provide rapid relief for acute conditions, for example if a cold or recent surgery has weakened the immune system. Experience has shown that homeopathy approaches can be especially effective in treating children.

Homeopathy for children and adolescents

Homeopathy is particularly suitable for treating childhood diseases – from babies to adolescents entering puberty.

As the most effective form of holistic medicine, homeopathy is often able to provide remarkably speedy, gentle and effective healing with no complications or side effects. The response to homeopathic approaches is usually particularly obvious among children. The chance of successful recovery is therefore exceptionally high.

Homeopathy is suitable for treating:

  • acute conditions (vomiting, diarrhoea, colds, sore throat)
  • chronic conditions (e.g. frequent ear ache and sore throat, bladder infections)
  • susceptibility to infections (weakened immune system)
  • eating and sleeping disorders, headaches
  • poor concentration, learning difficulties
  • bedwetting
  • allergies (e.g. asthma, hay fever)
  • skin conditions (e.g. eczema, neurodermitis)
  • symptoms resulting from vaccinations
  • problems in newborns and infants (e.g. gas, colic, teething issues)
  • psychological disorders (e.g. hyperactivity, ADHS)

Thus, there has been good success with chronic middle ear infections, for example, where often

no ear tubes are necessary. Similarly, difficulties with reading and writing, language or developmental disorders, restlessness or anxiety and many other symptoms in children can be resolved using homeopathic therapy.
